2 stage ejection

Hi,,,,, am designing a 2 stage mould stripper for 5mm then stop then ejection pins to remove the part. I don't want to use the DME type system am looking for a more simplistic approach. The stripper plate can't move until the slides are fully back away from the angle pins. There's also a angled hyd slide which is only in it's out position once the moving half is back. Any Dwgs please send to SM@totaltoolmanagement.com

Use air to move the stripper;

Use air to move the stripper; just need to machine 2 pistons and add a groove for the pnuematic seal.

Next, use the KO bars on the machine to push the ejectors; just need to make your own ejector plates.

Both are easy to make and reliable.

Both can be indepentently controlled from the moulding machine.

Try it.

Paul.
