We have lost the operational software from this hpm command 90 version 1.2x plc. does anyone have a copy and the abilty to reinstall it?

Ask for Dave Hubble, a former HPM field technician ( really their best engineer). If it can be fixed - Dave can do it. Tell him I sent you and he'll charge you a little more, but not if you remind him:
