Hi Raj im vinod sharma from baddi(HP). I want suggest you that change solonide wall of clamping for this problem because this problem is creat due to internal likage of solonide. After this process check your current value with help of multimeter, then check the current value is varies or not.

Brent,

im very much happy for showing interest on indian culture.
as per the machine is concerned, it is not showing any tonnage. i meant to say the machine is not having the facility to display the tonnage. but one thing i have verified the pressure gauge is showing only around 25 Bar of clamping pressure, but i felt that the gauge is wrong. even after used the another gauge it is also showing same value. please suggest me.

thanks

RAJ

Did you see Slumdog

Did you see Slumdog Millionaire? In Chicago we have good Indian restaurants.

Does your press read in tonnage? If so what is it read?
What does your hydraulic pressure gauge read? What is the area of the clamp piston? What is the area and nominal wall of the part or parts that you are running?

Dear Brent, thanks for your

Dear Brent,

thanks for your reply. please see the below details of machine.

clamping Type : Ram Type
at the end of injection the mold is opening a small around 2 mm. even it is appearing on screen, i mean the clamp position is changing small.
due to disturbing the mold position a big flash is forming on component.

i am loacted in INDIA. it is difficult me to arrange u ticket.

please suggest me the solution.

Raj, Ten years? That aint

Raj,

Ten years? That aint old!

How far back is the clamp going? Do you mean that the mold parting line is visibly opening or "breathing" upon injection?

Have you run this mold before in this press?
Is this a hydraulic or toggle press?

Answer these questions so we can begin the troubleshooting process.

Where are you located? If it is nice there, you can send me a plane ticket, and I will come and help!

If you are a long way away, we better do this on the net
