Control Upgrades by Third Parties

Thanks for the reply. I know there are people that can replace a control system with a completely upgraded system: I was wondering about adding an option to an existing system (such as core pulls or motion-no motion
option) that would use existing user interface screens.
It seems that access to proprietary software limits this kind of change.

there are alot of guys out there that can do that. I guess its all in what you're doing.
you just want to do your research on them.
alot of the time the oem is just as cost effective as a third party.
