Error code on the cutter/puller

i have a RDN cutter/puller, when the Start Cutter button is pushed I get an erro code that says "Drive Main Power Off" I did the checks as per the manual and tried resetting the the software. the puller works but the cutter will not function. Has anyone seen this error code or know what the problem could be?
