Our company is professional manufacturer of melt pumps, high-temperature melt pumps, metering pumps, gear pumps, gear metering pumps, melt pump control system and precision (PLC) control system. Melt pumps are mainly used in transporting and metering of high-temperature and high-viscosity polymer melt. Melt pump pressurizes and stabilizes pressure of hot melt polymers coming from the extruder, then send them into die. The pump’s ability of stabilizing pressure and flow is better than all kinds of extruders alone. Foreign countries widely apply in plastic, resin, rubber product extrusion, such as pelletizing, film, pipes, plates and so on. With the increasing development of mechanical industry, melt pumps are increasingly accepted and applied in domestic.

Some datas show that the melt temperature can be reduced 5.5℃ when the differential pressure between feeding and turbo be reduced every 7Mpa. The delivery capacity can be increased by 10% and the output can be improved by 5%.

i got the melt pump fitted

i got the melt pump fitted with my PU extrusion machine..!! as giving the inlet pressure 50 bar the outlet pressure is varying with 30-40 bars rapidly..!! can u tell me if the adapter is necessary at the pump outlet? and if yes then what should be its length? and won't it create any problem of material chocking when the machine will be restarted on next day..!! it would be really helpful..!!
