foam orthopedic neck brace

Anybody know the procecess for making these foam nexk braces? The foam is about .5" thick with molded in ventilation holes.  There's a small molded piece that has velcro on it to keep it on.  The foam is semi rigid.
What's the process?
Who currently makes this stuff?
What's the material?
