I am Joyce from China, and working at SINOMOULD. Now, I am contacting a customer who is from Algeria, he ased whether we can offer a LCD TV MOULD which the finished parts is without passing through the spray painting section.
I have recommend the high-gloss mold to him, which applys RHCM to make up the dedects of TV mould surface. For all I know,RHCM can solve the problem of difficult welding line, flow mark on the plastic surface. Is that all right? Do you have diferent idea for that request?  Anyone who has new solution, pls contact me email:sino1503@sinomould.com

SINO MOULD:We offer you not only a mould ,but a fine solution...

RHCM - Rapid Heat Cycle

RHCM - Rapid Heat Cycle Moulding - tries to keep the melt path molten so the cooler melt flow fronts don't weld together in a weld line. This is tricky and difficult process.

An alternative is solvent vapor polishing. Very dangerous in the USA (fumes/explosions and such) but where this isn't a legal problem it might work for you.

Next time you post, please for all of us, just ask your question and leave off the bit's about how good your shop is. If you were that good, you wouldn't be asking questions. Correct?
