Horizontal Injection Molding Machine Lockout/Tagout Question

Hi Guys,
I posted this question in the Injection Molding forum, but after browsing the forums a little further the maintenance section might be a little more appropriate.
I'm working on a machine specific lock out tag out procedure for horizontal injection molding machines and was wanting to get in touch with someone that has worked on these machines and used a strict lock out tag out policy. The machines I am working with has several energy sources... Electrical... Chilled Water & Cooling Water, Compressed Air. The machines are a meiki brand.   Basically I'm curious to know if it is ok to just lock out the energy source at the main breaker or if it is best to have them lock it out at the breaker, the electrical cabinet on the machine, and the e-stop...   Any help would be appreciated!   Thanks.

Isolation at the main breaker

Isolation at the main breaker is best but what are the consequences for the operating cycle of the machine. If main breaker isolation results in the need for lengthy re-start, cleaning/clearing procedures you may need to find another way. Perhaps there is a run-down procedure prior to mains isolation.

I don't have direct experience with injection molding machines so hopefully you will get some other feedback.

If isolation at the main breaker, be sure to check the machine for zero energy before commencing maintenance, just in case the breakers have been labelled incorrectly.
