Manufacturing special Phenolic components where very high heat resistance (250 to 280 degrees Celsius) is required & High mechanical strength is demanded. All our products are ROHS complied.
We have our partner company where we develop innovative phenolic compounds to suit the requirements. Recently, we have been able to successfully delivery phenolic components to Europe sustaining 270 degrees in an oven for 1 hour.
Our production and quality is well backed by latest injection molding machines varying from 150T to 300T, Compression molding & transfer molding. We also have vertical injection molding where insert molding is a demand.
I would be highly pleased to receive your enquiry for any special type of application involving Phenolic/Thermosetting components.

I am sorry about it as i didnt know.
Many thanks for not deleting it. Please suggest as how to get this informtion to reach as many as possible in their relative field. It could be useful in some ways or the other. Now a days people are worried about energy cost and most of the corporates are looking at the ways as how to save energy. May be something can be done.
