Looking for a product related descaling of water in injection molding machine pipelines

Looking for a best product to descale the water in the pipeline which blocks the cooling channels..We are infact using 3D cooling lines and it makes very expensive process if the cooling lines get blocked. Need help to identify the process and equipment.

The second way is mechanical - use a wire brush or an ultrasonic cleaner.
