Mold design review checklist

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get a really good Mold design checklist which covers what the mould should be designed like and covers the moulding machine requirements, hydraulics, waterflow and manifold etc. Am after a really detailed document perhaps it would be about 5 pages long full of details which asks questions regarding to allow the designer to have sufficient information to be able to design the best Mold..... If so please point me in the right direction..

It's a word document. KNOCK YOURSELF OUT!
It will give you things to check on. It won't give you design tips.
Is it "really good"? Dunno but it's better than racking your brains.
