I also provide training in
I also provide training in set-up and processing in injection molding. I have provided training in set-up for several grant programs in Ohio and Michigan. We also provide some testing prior to trainiing and after training. Bill Tobin is also very excellent he is very well known in the industry and can easily assist you with your training needs. You can find some more information at our website www.plastics101.com You can also pick up free info on this site almost daily. Good Luck and remember Training does'nt cost it pays.

Contact me. I do it complete
Contact me. I do it complete with books and PowerPoint presentations. Not too expensive either. For references ask the forum. I teach stuff and don't try to sell you magic black boxes or anything. Setup times after training from end of run to good parts average about an hour if you learn.
There are several computer training modules also. Their only problem is getting feedback when people have questions.
This site http://www.plassoft.com.br/ sells a multi-lingual 40 hour training course on CD. It is interactive with the student. It's pretty good but spendy.

SUBJECT: TRAINING
I am asked to submit a lesson
I am asked to submit a lesson program for all set up and processing personnel. There is a need for training in most aspects of molding and molds in production. I would like to improve the set-up and tooling dialog by teaching the function of a mold and what can be and what should not be done in production.
