Are there more or fewer people in your shop than five years ago, and what does that change? Rob Neilley rneilley@immnet.com

We have about 5% increase in

We have about 5% increase in last three years during our transformation and continuous improvement. More importantly, we have transformed the number of direct labor to indirect labor to yield better processes, increase quality and save money in the long term.
That would be about a 15% shift.

Data for e quantifiable effects or change isn't complete, so I can't say what that number or type of people changes.
