Hello everyone, I'm Lucia and a new fresh about PVC molding.
I've learned few about PVC injection machine and PVC molds such like pipe fittings. But what I've known is the basic and just the surface of this field I think.
And I want to learn more about PVC molding.

Could anyone help me or give me any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

IF you overheat it you

IF you overheat it you release what will turn into hydrochloric acid. This eats through machines, molds and people's eyes/lungs.

Ventilate the machine. Know you materials. Many people mold this with no trouble. With newbies, its usually a disaster with a long learning curve.

NEVER mix it in a machine with nylons or acetals. You'll get an explosion that's a bit nasty to your people.

IF your people don't UNDERSTAND molding (Not just the typical heat it up,squirt it in, and cool it down mentality) you're in for trouble. LEARN molding first. Learn tool and mold design. If you buy bad steel for your molds it will eat though it in a matter of several thousand parts. You should buy you molds/steel from Europe / USA.
