Resin material suppliers Production Support

Hello,

I am responsible for investigation of resin material suppliers, their material quality and production support. How can we judge if a material supplier is having good production support for our plants manufacturing? Is there is a check sheet or audit sheet which I can use in evaluating the material suppliers about their capabilities?
