We have been running for 10 mos whith a Stokes Pennwalt 300-h34, 300 ton injection molding press. We have plans for down time in early September. At this time we would like to blitz this press with maintainence. The only problem is we can't find a wirring or hydralic schematic. I spent 2hrs on the internet and phone looking for Stokes Pennwalt Corporation, there is no trace of them the only Pennwalt Corp. I find is in Mumbia. Can anyone help with a contact in the states?

We had good response from Epco/Brown ourselves in the past. Their engineers have quite a bit of experience with a number of machines of almost every manufacture.

dear kevinp, if u never mind.
dear kevinp,
if u never mind. can i ask you one question. if ur machine is running well, why do u need to think about the hydraulic schematic. but one thing u must remember as long as ur machine hydraulic oil is healthy it is not required to change nay thing in the hydraulic system.
let me shre u my experince. once i worked on Billion machines. i was not having any kind of schematic. since itn was 15 years old machine. i was troubling a lot with hydraulic system even after changing oil so many time in a year. finally i have identified the main root cause is oil cooling heat exchanger having a tiny hole and water entered in to oil tank. it was required to change many of valves including proportional valves.
hence i would like to suggest u keep clean oil always.
thanks

Berry plastics in Baltimore MD has a handful of Stokes and the Maintenance Manager has all of the drawings for them and actully has written some of the programs for them.
I do not know if he would help but it's someone who I know has what you are looking for.

I worked on them while employed there and while they are Old school machines they do run.
