trimming of medical parts

we are currently running some medical jobs and have had some issues with loose pieces of plastic sticking to the parts and then getting in the bags. we are looking to purchase an static ionizer. anyone have any suggestions on a good unit? anyone have any other suggestions on a way to make sure loose pieces stay out of the boxes. i have looked a regating but not an option.

oh and i forgot if your in a

oh and i forgot if your in a clean room you CAN NOT use an air blow off. worked in clean room for 8 years..100k and 1000k.

well let see............ how about fixing the tool right... what is breaking off?? gate sound like so tweak the gate. not a big deal. but fix the tool that is the problem stop the band aide please..

If you blow the parts off

If you blow the parts off with air the particles you blow off may end up on other parts, the table, or the operator and eventually in the bag. If it is critical that this not happen I would recommend a blow off station like those available from static clean. http://www.staticclean.com/hepa.htm
