where can we buy TVI apparatus?
And can it perform on PC reinforced grades as well as un-reinforced grades?

As I know;

You cannot use TVI test at reinforced grades.

You can buy it from Bayer. But it is not needed, it is a simple system that you can set. You need

A small Heater
2 of thin glasses
and a tweezer.
