After adjusters have that package thing through a lawyer with legal documents, photos and various other documents and etc. How long does it generally state in the letter to respond? Do adjusters really reply by or on the date? How do they respond by telephone, mail, letter or fax?

For what it's worth The law

For what it's worth

The law does not require an immediate decision. It usually states "within a timely manner" This usually means 30 days, but get ready for more 30 day cycles if they want more information.

There's little an attorney can do to get a quicker response. Adjusters are overworked drones. You're just another file in a pile of claims.

Once a week call your attorney and ask him what's going on. Don't try to do this yourself.
