Cavity pressure control update

Priamus System Technologies (Brunswick, OH) has updated the interface of the WebConfigurator integrated into its eDaq process monitoring system, which is the basic module for monitoring up to 128 cavities for pressure and temperature during injection molding, as well as machine signals, in real time.

Setting of process monitoring and control via the WebConfigurator interface is now considerably faster and even more user-friendly. Using the learn mode function, monitoring limits are set automatically, making usage in actual production significantly easier. In addition, detailed help text is available to guide the user through the program. The eDaq WebConfigurator is also now integrated into the control and monitoring system Priamus Fill for automatic hot runner balancing. —stephen.moore@cancom.com
