Durable insert frames

Rapid tooling insert frames are interchangeable unit inserts with guide pins to align the thicker pin plates and mold straps for easy handling. Manufactured from prehardened stainless steel, the frames resist corrosion. Each frame includes a locating ring/sprue bushing combination component to reduce the need for separate parts. The quick-change clamps are designed to stay with the frame, eliminating insert loading. The inserts are compatible with standard frame layouts. Pricing information was not available.
