Inserts designed to cut lead times

RTI Complete is a standardized unit of rapid tooling inserts (RTI) released by Progressive Components and machined to accept standardized cavity and core inserts. The precision-machined inserts include clearance for waterlines, support pillars, and all of the alignment products already featured in standard RTIs. A pocket is also provided for the pin plate, enabling the moldmaker to completely change the tool for different parts without any machining of the insert itself. Progressive?s RTIs are compatible with industry standards and reportedly include features not available on comparable inserts.
