Hi , I have contact with one customer from USA since last April. We quoted projects to him many times ,sometimes ,he told me that our price is good and then send other RFQ for quotation again . Sometimes ,the said ,your price is too higher than other supplier's . When we review our quotation and updated the price to him ,he told me that the purchasing order already sent out .

Manufacturing special Phenolic components where very high heat resistance (250 to 280 degrees Celsius) is required & High mechanical strength is demanded. All our products are ROHS complied.

Has anyone known FOBSH in China? much hot forum for trading and business, good platform for learning and practicing, i am trying to find a similar effective forum in US or Ca , but fail in vain, can anyone tell me what is the hottest forum for mold making and molding?

I am looking for information on suppliers of Post Mold Cooling Tooling. 

I am looking to purchase preform tooling (molds + take out plate + cooling pin plate) for a HyPet machine, but I am having difficulty in finding suppliers for the post mold cooling tooling other than Husky.

I know of dozens of mold makers who will supply the mold, but I would prefer to purchase the complete package from one source.

Any suggestions?

How important is the liability aspect in starting a company? Should I worry more about the product development aspect first and then concentrate on the filing for status? (llc, corp, etc). Or will it be wise to start the company first? I dont want people to think their buying something (or having something made) from a hobby shop, but since that's basically how its going to start anyways do I not worry about it?

When you quote a part price it usually can be boiled down to (for example) the Part Cost ($/1000 pieces at some target hourly rate + secondary) and material (110% of $/1000 pieces in grams at the purchased cost of material etc.) plus packaging.  I assume freight is not in the estimate because it is billed to the customer separately.

As you go over your history, how close are your estimates to your actual costs?   3%, 5%, 10%  or what?
