Paint and coating supplier Akzo Nobel (Amsterdam, the Netherlands; www.akzonobel.com/cr) has acquired Soliant LLC (Brummen, the Netherlands and Lancaster, SC; www.paintfilm.com), a manufacturer of decorative paint and bright films.
