The supplier also offers the RLS6000 all-electric stretch blowmolding machine with output of 9000 600-ml bottles per hour in a 6-cavity tool. A 50-mm heating pitch is adopted for reduced power waste and increased heat efficiency. Also offered are machines for 2–5L, and 3–5-gal containers.

A bottle weight of 46g is achievable for a 2L bottle using the company’s stretch blowmolding machinery. The supplier also offers a machine for blowing heat-resistant bottles in a single blowing step. An 85°C heat-resistant 2L bottle weighs 52g. [email protected]
