Bruce Welt

Bruce Welt is a professor in the Agricultural and Biological Engineering Department at the University of Florida. Dr. Welt played a key role in establishing UF’s Packaging Engineering and Science programs and currently serves as UF’s Packaging Engineering program coordinator.
