Not to be outdone in the collaborative robotics space, Universal Robot (Odense, Denmark) highlighted what it calls "the world’s most flexible, lightweight, tabletop robot to work alongside humans" at ATX East. In addition to being portable and collaborative, the robot is remarkably easy to program.

The UR3 robot can be taught simply by grabbing the arm and moving it to the desired locations. Within minutes, you're done.

Among a multiplicity of applications, the UR line of robots can run most injection molding applications. The easy programming makes it especially useful for small-volume production, adds the company.
