The cars of NPE2015: Sabic

The world's first 3D-printed car, which stole the show at last year's International Manufacturing Technology Show, where it was 3D printed in 44 hours and driven off the show floor, is on display at the Sabic stand (S-19001). The car is the brainchild of Local Motors, based in Chandler, AZ, and it's at the Sabic stand because one of the company's carbon-filled compounds was used in its fabrication. Our own Clare Goldsberry had an opportunity to take it for a test drive.
