EcoAir 325 is a ready-to-use vegetable-oil/solvent-based liquid packaged in EcoAir spray cans that rely on compressed air rather than traditional aerosol propellants. It is easy to atomize over a large surface area, such as the interior of a plastic injection mold or die.
Unlike other mold savers that may clog mold pores and must be cleaned off before use, EcoAir 325 does not have to be removed. This makes it easy to bring a mold out of shipping or storage and put into immediate use.
EcoAir 325 protects molds, tooling, and gauges that need to be shipped between plants or even to overseas facilities. EcoAir 325 can be used in conjunction with the company’s Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI) shrink film to form an additional exterior barrier to protect against harsh weathering elements.
