Masterbatch grades have been developed to meet demands from manufacturers for masterbatches with pigments that can withstand multiple heat histories at temperatures exceeding 350°C. Newly developed permanent electrically conductive and ESD compound grades will also be on show.
The part will be molded from Dow’s Dowsil MS-4007 silicone on a Milacron-Fanuc Roboshot machine. M.R Mold & Engineering, Elmet, Thermal Care, Yushin and SigmaSoft also contributed their expertise to the demo.
Laperos E420P is the first in a series of low-dielectric grades with inherent high-heat resistance, mechanical properties, chemical resistance, high flow and low warpage for films and connectors used in cabling, antennas and circuit boards.
