MAAG Group has acquired assets from the petrochemical division of Carter Day International. The division specializes in dewatering and drying equipment for the plastics industry.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Carter Day drying technology will be integrated into MAAG’s product portfolio, enhancing its pelletizing systems with high-capacity solutions. This addition of advanced engineering and proprietary technologies will enable MAAG to broaden its market reach, offering efficient, tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of its customers.
