Subject to approval by relevant antitrust authorities, this agreement involves Recticel’s patented Colofast aliphatic light stable compounds, which are used to encapsulate the edge of automotive windows by reaction injection molding PUR onto the glass, and also have additional potential in the growing market for solar panel applications.
