pro_foc_1.jpgA new rotary table promises precision transfer of inserts to EOAT in insert molding applications. Accuracy for the indexing rotary table is said to be within .005 to .010 inch, depending on the robot. A highly repeatable manufacturing cell can be created since the EOAT uses docking pins to precisely extract parts from the rotary table as well as place or remove inserts from parts.

Standard features on the rotary table include an extruded aluminum frame with guarding, safety light curtains, insert-verification sensors, a rotary electrical connector, control cabinet with PLC control switches, and EOAT docking bushings.
