EcoPower55_130-300.jpg"Molders want to see equipment making parts, touch the controls, witness tangible differences from what they already have, and experience for themselves what they otherwise might only see in a brochure," said company president David Preusse. PLASTEC West is an opportunity for potential customers in the region to see a Wittmann Battenfeld turnkey molding cell in action, he added.

The EcoPower 55/130 electric molding machine on display features a beltless dual servo precision injection unit, cleanroom-quality self-lubricating toggle clamp, platen movement via high-precision low-friction linear guides, a kinetic energy recovery system, integrated servo driven hydraulics for core pull, a B6 Windows XP–based control system, and integrated peripheral equipment.

PLASTEC West returns to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA, on Feb. 11 to 13. For more information, check out the PLASTEC West website.
