The SureCut FF shredder rotor?s cutting geometry was developed specifically for film and fiber reclamation?it combines with the HiTorc shredder drive into a single machine design. The rotor reduces film and fiber waste down to a consistent particle size and cut length, and the HiTorc drive increases throughput by a factor of two in some cases, and does it with a fraction of the energy consumption (and costs) of conventional shredder drives.

The rotary shredders are said to be the first and only machines capable of truly effective one-pass size reduction of plastic film and synthetic fibers to a desired consistency. Sure-Cut consists of a double row of primary cutters augmented by auxiliary nip cutters that prevent wrapping of the cutting rotor.
