TER Plastics Iberica acquires plastic division of Proquibasa

TER Plastics Iberica, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, announced that it has acquired the plastic division of Proquibasa, effective Jan. 1, 2016. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The plastic portfolio of Proquibasa continues to be available almost unchanged, reports TER Plastics Iberica, which offers a complete range of engineering and commodity plastics in small to large quantities.

With this acquisition, customers in Spain and Portugal will have access to TER Plastics technical expertise, said the company. It also expands the European footprint of the TER Plastics Polymer Group and will further strengthen its mission of being a leading pan-European distributor of engineering polymers.

TER Plastics Iberica is part of the TER Plastics Polymer Group, which is headquartered in Herne, Germany.
