Three new models have been added to the TrueTon line of mold chillers?the 2-, 20-, and 25-ton?to complement the existing range that previously only went up to 10-ton units. These and all TrueTon chillers have earned the ETL seal of approval, now required in many U.S. cities and around the world. These self-contained, portable chillers produce a full ton of cooling per compressor horsepower, using the ARI method of chilling water to 44F with an ambient temperature of 95F. All use stainless steel and copper plumbing for corrosion resistance. High turbulence enables a use limit down to 35F without antifreeze. The 2-ton unit costs $5500, the 20-ton unit is $17,990, and the 25-ton unit is $23,500.
