Lee PfaffleUpon Pfaffle's arrival, O'Neil Business Unit Director Doug Borgsdort stated that, "Lee will provide O'Neil with the leadership and experience we need as we look to the future. O'Neil is planning significant expansion in both our color and specialty compounding businesses, and Lee will play an integral role."

Pfaffle has spent more than 20 years' experience in the plastics industry since graduating from Ohio State University with a degree in chemical engineering. "It's a great time to be joining O'Neil, as we grow the business and provide our customers with a wider spectrum of materials and services," said Pfaffle.
