Gravimix dosing/blending systems are designed for efficient and accurate dosing and blending of dry, free-flowing thermoplastic materials. The systems are often used on injection, extrusion, and blowmolding equipment, and as a central blender to feed several processing machines. The systems record the exact consumption of all materials, allowing for a precise calculation of production costs.The modular systems consist of a base-frame with 2- to 10-component hoppers depending on the model and application, pneumatically operated slide- or integrated-dosing valves, and additive hoppers with tube feeders.
