Two new members will be added to Bosch Rexroth AG's (Stuttgart/Lohr, Germany) board of management, effective Feb. 1. Replacing chairman Manfred Grundke, who is leaving Bosch on Feb. 29 to become managing director of a privately owned German company, is Albert Hieronimus, currently managing director of Motor Industries Co. Ltd., a Bosch subsidiary in Bangalore, India.
Karl Tragl, who heads BR's Electric Drives & Controls division, will also be appointed to the company's board of management and be responsible for sales. The German company is parent to Bosch Rexroth Corp. in Hoffman Estates, IL (
