The EXT Series operator interface control panel provides a central operator point for monitoring and controlling an unlimited number of gravimetric blenders and Gravitrol extrusion and line speed control systems. It can also be used in tandem with a single operator control panel that is supplied as standard with a blender.

The new touch-screen interface is said to provide the user with easy monitoring and control of gravimetric equipment on a single line or entire plant. Password protection prevents unauthorized access. Communication for the EXT is through a high-speed Ethernet connection. Remote communication interface capabilities allow the system to be integrated with an existing central supervisory control system. This remote interface allows for the ability to tie all of the process equipment to one central point of monitoring and control.
