What's Hot! The TLC 100G (Total Line Control) system is designed to provide integrated control of an entire extrusion line. The system implements temperature control via communications with a variety of commercial discrete controllers.
In addition, diameter gage and gage interface are built into the system. Most commercial gage heads are supported and, upon request, can be used in place of the standard head. This product is also available without the gage head, should the user already possess suitable hardware.
Speed control for up to four drives is built in. Closed-loop diameter control for hot, cold or hot and cold gages is standard. The system also monitors melt temperatures, pressures and drive loads. Circle 345
