FGH Systems to exhibit new long stroke extrusion blow molding machine at NPE2012

FGH Systems, a manufacturer of extrusion blow molds, sampling and development, will exhibit its new UMS 24LS.D long stroke extrusion blow molding machine from B&W Uniloy Milacron Germany at the FGH Systems booth #2551 at NPE2012.

The double-sided machine is equipped with an upgraded 30 metric ton clamp, B&R PC-based control system, tele-service, W. Muller 6 x 125mm extrusion head with view stripe, in-machine leak testing, quick mold change system, closed loop proportional hydraulics, many optional upgrades, and safety features for a total of 12 cavities.

The machine is designed for high output production and with a space saving footprint due to pick and place system with vacuum suction pads transferring the bottles from the trim station to a single exit conveyor belt.

The machine will produce 32oz HDPE bottle with a complete mold and tooling package supplied by FGH Systems.

The company, which specializes in blow molding machine and mold turnkey packages, is a representative for B&W Uniloy Milacron Europe in the USA.
