Geiss will exhibit its new T10 vacuumforming machine

At NPE2015, the new Geiss T10 vacuumforming machine will feature all servo driven axes as a standard at booth W7349. The top and bottom platen, the clamp frame, the top and bottom heater banks and the sheet loader movements are now driven with servo motors. The result is a machine with 60% faster movements, a much higher level of duty cycle, higher energy efficiency and a smaller foot print than its predecessor the T9. In addition, the new Geiss machine will have a new higher efficiency cooling system resulting in 30% faster cooling times.

All of these features will not only be standard, but will be included at the same price point as the last generation machine. These developments represent what can be huge gains for processors in terms of cycle time, energy consumption, floor space and required maintenance.
