One of the PEEK processing tips you may have missed in MPW's March 11 webinar. Never fear, though, the entire presentation is available here.

The questions fielded following the presentations ran the gamut, from issues of the resin’s suitability in medical devices, to whether it should be processed with a shut-off nozzle (it should not), to best methods for welding it, to Lamb’s recommendations for tool steel for molds (for the inserts, H13 hardened to Rockwell 52 or 54). Lamb also provided and explained in full his “Top 10 tips for processing PEEK.”
