A table-top ultrasonic welder, running at 30 kHz, completes a family of machines from 20 to 35kHz. It does not require encapsulation, which allows for fast loading and unloading of parts for joining. It is suitable for welding injection molded parts and nonwoven film products. Also new is a hand-held ultrasonic welding gun. The grip can be removed so the gun can be mounted on a tabletop shaft.
