High-force air guns for cleaning, drying, cooling

Article-High-force air guns for cleaning, drying, cooling

Super Blast Air Guns deliver up to 9.8 lb of blowing force. The largest size has the equivalent blowing force of twelve ordinary air guns. The three sizes are suited for long distance, wide area blowoff, drying, and cooling applications, including machinery cleaning, parts cleaning, chip removal, part drying, part ejection, liquid blowoff, and cooling hot parts.

The air guns use a series of the company?s Super Air Nozzles for combined blowing power. Each nozzle is engineered to maximize entrained airflow and force while reducing compressed air use and noise. The guns are available with four, seven, or 12 air nozzles. At full pressure of 80 psig, they have an air consumption of 56, 98, and 168 scfm while providing extremely strong blowoff force of 3.2, 5.7, and 9.8 lb.

The air nozzles are made of zinc aluminum alloy and are attached to an aluminum body suited to rugged industrial applications. A comfortable soft-grip handle and manual valve make the air guns easy to use. The airflow that exits the guns cannot be blocked and meets OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.95(a) and 1910.242(b). Prices start at $260.
