Hopper loaders offer versatility, economy

A new line of vacuum hopper loaders conveys resin to dryers, blenders, or molding machines. E Series hopper loaders are available in 3-, 6-, and 12-liter capacities with throughputs ranging from 25 to 200 lb/hr. E Series loaders reportedly operate at lower sound levels thanks to a 1-hp, 115V a-c motor that?s enclosed in a soundproof shroud. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the unit has a snap-on lid for easy access and a mounted control panel on the loader?s body. Filter cleaning is handled by an adjustable air-pulse operation that also provides load and dump cycling capabilities. Indicator lights for cleaning, conveying, and discharge cycles as well as a three-call alarm display the machine?s current status. The E Series begins at $600.
