The year 2013 has been a whirlwind for Husky Injection Molding Systems. The company began the year by announcing that it would conduct its first ever Husky World Tour, a series of 15 customer events in nine different countries, that recently concluded. Those events saw more than 1200 attendees from 615 companies at the various events.

"The Husky World Tour has given me the opportunity to engage directly with more than 300 attendees over the course of this year," said John Galt, Husky's president and CEO. "I was able to have meaningful discussions with customers to really understand what they are looking for from Husky as a partner, where they feel we need to improve and what we are doing well. As a company, we have committed to acting upon this feedback to further improve our ability consistently deliver the best products and services to our customers."

The Husky World Tour kicked off in January with a Beverage Packaging Day in Korea where the company launched the HyPET HPP5 system, and concluded with a Hot Runner and Controller conference that took place in November in Milton, VT.
